Why a Privacy Policy?

We therefore always strive to protect your personal data in the best possible way, comply with the laws and regulations for personal data protection in force at all times. Through this privacy policy, we want to inform you about how your personal data is processed by Svenska Standardbolag AB. This policy helps you as a customer/contact to understand, among other things, what kind of information Svenska Standardbolag AB collects and how it is used.

The above companies are hereafter referred to as "S-bolagen" and refer in each individual case to the company that handles the personal data.

S-bolagen are responsible for the processing of your personal data.
S-bolagen have an IT infrastructure where all business transactions with associated personal data and databases ("Data") are managed and owned by S-bolagen.
S-bolagen are thus responsible for the processing of your personal data and are therefore responsible for your data being handled correctly and securely in accordance with applicable legislation.

Personal data we process about you

Personal data that you have provided to us
We collect and store information about you that you yourself provide to us. The information we collect and store is name, social security number, postal and possible delivery address, e-mail, telephone number and bank account. We also store information about your purchases such as information about purchased goods/services. If you participate in an event or contact our customer service, we also collect your personal data regarding this. We must collect the above information in order to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer.

When you order services from S-bolagen, visit standardbolag.se, standardbolaginternet.se or otherwise interact with us, this can mean that we collect your personal data in order to fulfill our commitments.

How do we use your personal data?

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To be able to establish your identity and update your address details.
  • To provide you with information about and process your purchases/services, for example order confirmations, delivery information and support matters.
  • To deliver your purchases to your specified address
  • When invoicing and accounting
  • To send you newsletters and other marketing
  • To improve our communication, service, products and services to you
  • To be able to answer your questions
  • Invite to events and events
  • Customer surveys
  • For the following purposes, we process your personal data to fulfill a legal obligation: S-bolagen process information about your purchase to fulfill requirements according to, for example, the Book-keeping Act, the Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Sales Act.
  • If you do not provide us with your personal data, we will not be able to fulfill our agreement or fulfill our commitments to you.

Legal basis for our processing

The processing of personal data takes place on the legal basis that S-bolagen must be able to fulfill an agreement. The agreement covers the purchase itself. As a customer/contact, you have the right to have your personal data deleted at any time by notifying customer service, see further under the heading “Your rights”.

When it comes to processing personal data in order to fulfill requirements set by, for example, the Book-keeping Act, the Value Added Tax Act, the Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Sales Act, the legal basis for processing is a legal obligation.

Direct marketing and profiling

S-bolagen will process your personal data for marketing purposes.

Your data can be used for newsletters, customer surveys and for statistical purposes and can be used to send you by post, e-mail and SMS until you withdraw your consent. At any time when contacting customer service, you can adjust how you wish S-bolagen to contact you.

Who can access your personal data?

Your personal data will not be transferred or sold to third parties for advertising purposes. However, your personal data may be disclosed to third parties (personal data assistants) if this is required to provide services to you.
Exceptions to this are made if a customer has violated our contractual terms, if there are legal measures or if an authority requests this with the support of Swedish legislation. Examples of such authorities are tax authorities, police authorities, enforcement authorities and supervisory authorities in the countries concerned.

How do we protect your personal information?

S-bolagen take the technical and organizational security measures required by law to ensure that your personal data is not manipulated, lost or destroyed or that unauthorized persons access it. Our security routines are constantly changing in line with technological development.

Where is your data stored?

S-bolagen store all personal data collected from you within the EU and EEA. We do not disclose personal data to third parties, except in situations where this is a requirement that follows from a statutory obligation or to fulfill our commitments to you as a customer. How long do we store your personal data?

When you submit your personal data to S-bolagen, you give consent to S-bolagen to register and store purchases and process the specified data for the above mentioned purposes.

We process personal data for the time permitted by applicable law, regulation, practice or authority decision. Data can, for example, be saved longer if required according to the Contracts Act, the Consumer Sales Act or the Book-keeping Act. The personal data is stored and processed in S-bolagens' IT system.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data and receive information about, among other things, which personal data is stored with us, the purposes for the processing of this personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has or is to be disclosed. You can contact our customer service at the address below and request to have the information sent by post or email. For your security, this information is only sent to your civil registration address or specified e-mail in our customer database.

If you believe that the personal data processed by S-bolagen is incorrect or has been processed in violation of applicable legislation, you also have the right to request that this personal data be corrected, blocked or removed. You do this by contacting our customer service. In some cases, S-bolagen are obliged by law to process your personal data even though you have requested that these be removed.

As a customer of S-bolagen, you can at any time revoke or change the consent you have given or decline further communication by contacting customer service. However, S-bolagen have the right to continue processing your personal data to the extent necessary to be able to fulfill our obligations towards you as a contractual party.

In the event that you wish to have the personal data you provided transferred in order to be able to use it elsewhere (data portability), please contact customer service.
